If you are a member of the Jackson-Union-White lineage and have a child between the ages of 13-18 who will be pursuing a higher learning education, vocation, or professional certification.  Please click here to print the registration form with your child's name, age, grade, date of birth, and when/where they plan to continue their education. You can mail the form back to the P.O. Box above or email it to ujwsf2011@yahoo.com.  

Funding is always needed to continue to provide scholarships for years to come.  You do not have to have a child, niece, nephew, cousin, or grandchild to HELP. You can help by donating $100.00 annually, $10.00 a month for ten months, or any amount you desire to give. You can also help by spreading the word about this educational scholarship for members of the Jackson-Union-White lineage.
